The Kiwanis Club of Old Bridge recently donated toys for 26 needy students who attend Carl Sandburg Middle School in Old Bridge. Thanks to the generosity of St. Cecilia’s Church in Iselin and the hard work of prospective Kiwanis member Joann Berg and Kiwanis President Mary Spina, the toys were donated to the Sandburg students anonymously through the Kiwanis Club of Old Bridge and the Sandburg Guidance Department. The donation was just in time for the Hanukah and Christmas seasons. The Kiwanis Club of Old Bridge celebrated in the Holiday fashion with a dinner meeting at Luigi’s Italian Restaurant in Old Bridge on December 8.
